Projects may be based in any of the schools of the Faculty, including Civil Engineering and the Environment, Electronics and Computer Science and Engineering Sciences. Research should be related to the general themes of transport, transport infrastructure and the environment. The EngD will be assessed through a viva voce defense of the dissertation.
