To earn such a degree, the candidate must demonstrate that their published work is original, substantial, and an independent contribution to the body of knowledge. Candidate’s published work must form a coherent body of knowledge and also be related to a common theme that is comparable to a PhD thesis. Works to be considered shall only be deemed published if cataloged an in the public domain.
Online PhD UK – Entry Criteria
To be eligible for this program, the candidate must be a member of the university’s staff. The candidate must have been continuously employed, by Liverpool John Moore’s University for at least 3 years, on a full-time equivalent basis. They must also hold a Masters Degree or a qualification regarded by the university to be equivalent. Lastly, the candidate must be able to demonstrate that more than 50% of the published work has been carried out during the time of the candidate’s employ with the university.
