This program usually lasts for 1-2 years, depending on the student.

Several universities in the UK offer this online PhD degree program. Among those universities is the City University, one of the most searched academic institutions in the UK. In order to qualify and enroll for this degree, you must first submit your own original research, and to back it up, you must also pass an analysis of the research which must be written on 20,000 words or less. Be advised that you cannot take up another PhD degree if you have taken PhD by Publication, and vice versa.
