Online PhD UK – Bristol: University of the West of England- Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology

Formerly called Bristol Polytechnic, the University of the West of England (UWE) was founded in 1970. The university, however, is not exactly that young. UWE has beginnings that go back even to the late sixteenth century. The Merchant Venturers’ Navigation School was founded in 1595. Since then, the UWE has merged with several other colleges until it has finally reached its current form. It was awarded the university status in 1992.

Because the UWE has obviously achieved university status, online PHD UK seekers may be interested in what professional doctorate degrees it has to offer. Health Psychology is an available professional doctorate under the Life Sciences Department. The course is a preparation for a practitioner career in Health Psychology.
Admission Criteria and Course Outline:
Online PHD UK seekers will be happy to know that they can submit applications for the professional doctorate on Health Psychology online. Applicants should preferably have a graduate basis for registration. This basis is with no other than the British Psychological Society. Because entries, coming from both online PHD UK seekers and from those who want to attend the brick-and-mortar school, are accepted by approximately the end of July every year. The school year begins in September.

They are also expected to attend seven days in a year during the third year.
