You should submit to the Academic Registrar your written application for admission particularly for the PhD by Publication. It is the university’s Dean of the Doctoral School, with collaboration with the Dean of Faculty where the applying staff is a member, who will decide if your application will be considered.
Many criteria will be considered by the Dean for the application to be accepted, e.g., satisfaction of all requirements, submission of evidence of published work consistent to the degree, statement of support and nomination from a member of the institute among others.
