16 Fully Funded International PhD Scholarships at University of Glasgow UK for 2014-15

The University of Glasgow is one of the oldest universities in the English speaking world and is one of the four ancient universities in Scotland. The university’s main campus is located in Glasgow, Scotland. The university was originally founded in 1451 and has been consistently ranked positively in both academics and student satisfaction. The University of Glasgow boasts an annual enrollment of over 23,000 students.

There are many PhD scholarships available for students studying at the University of Glasgow. Currently, we are reviewing 16 PhD scholarship opportunities that are being presented to students studying at the University of Glasgow. The PhD scholarships are awarded to a variety of different departments and facilities at the University of Glasgow. These departments are the following:

Each of these PhD scholarships are all fully funded PhD scholarship opportunities. This means that recipients receive a tuition waiver for the domestic tuition rate as well as a generous stipend in the amount of £13,863annually. International applicants are still welcome to apply for these positions if they can demonstrate their ability to cover the difference between domestic and international tuition rates. These PhD scholarships are intended to last for a maximum duration of three years in a full time doctoral research program.
