12 Fully Funded PhD Scholarships at King’s College London UK
King’s College London is a research university located at the heart of London. It was established by the Duke of Wellington and King George IV in 1829. Aside from being the third oldest schools in England, it also has the largest medical and biomedical postgraduate research in Europe. The King’s College London has nine academic schools namely:

The university is a one of the leading universities in the world and boasts 12 Nobel Prize winners among its alumni and faculty.
King’s College London is currently offering a total of 12 PhD scholarships that cater to international, EU and UK students. Some are self-funded while the rest are able to cover the full tuition fees plus a generous stipend every year. International students are welcome to submit their applications provided that they are willing to cover the difference in tuition fees.
Unless the PhD scholarships are self-funded, qualified students can be provided with a tax free stipend of £15,750 to £16,000 every year for four years. A few of the scholarships can award a funding of £116,000 to qualified international students within the same time frame. Candidates are chosen based on their qualifications that show exemplary academic standing and laboratory work.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have a first degree with a minimum of 2:1 in the appropriate field
- Relevant Master’s degree
- Previous experience or laboratory work in their interested field

Unless otherwise stated above, all of the PhD scholarships in King’s College London accept application submissions all throughout the year. There are only a few positions available for each scholarships so interested students must submit their applications at their earliest convenience.
