International PhD Studentships at University of Aberdeen for 2014-15

The PhD scholarships at the University of Aberdeen’s School of Business in the areas of Finance and Real Estate, Management, Economics, and Accounting are offered to students taking up research postgraduate degree. These studentships are available in Part and Full Free Waiver for PhD. Each scholarship will cover study funding for up to three years in full-time study or five years in part-time study, which will start in September or October 2014. It includes either 100% or 50% of the fees, which is dependent on the application’s relative quality. It is eligible to international and European Union or Home applicants. It is also accessible to students in the part time and full time programmes.
To be considered for the PhD scholarships, student, applicants are required to make an indication of on their application form that they intend to apply for the studentship on their PhD application in the Business School of the university. Applicants need not to apply for the scholarship awards because the university will contact you should you be eligible for the awards without any paperwork or additional forms. The university will only recommend them to make sure that their personal statement is as personal as possible to feature their academic achievements and strengths. The application form should be downloaded, filled-out and then submitted on or before May 16, 2014. Note that the applicants who already received PhD placement offer for the next scholarship application. Then the Business School Scholarship Committee will decide whether to accept the application form of these scholarship hopefuls by the end of May 2014. Successful applicants will be notified of the progress of their application within 7 working days of their application deadline on June 30, 2014 through email the soonest possible following the submission of the application.
